What proof is there that 'Hunter Biden's laptop' exists?

In some places it says that the FBI seized the laptop, in other's it says that some repair technician turned it over to the FBI after making a copy of the hard drive despite the fact that the hard drive was damaged. It certainly seems weird that all info about this laptop came to light thru Rudi Guiliani.

Now, some of you are saying that it has evidence that Hunter somehow financed some bio-weapons facility in the Ukraine using funds that would have to have been allocated by congress.
