1. Stop providing BC to women through health insurance.
2. Continue to cover Viagra through those same health insurance cos.
3. Institute the National Sarah Palin Abstinence Only Education Program (after all, it worked so well for Bristol!).
4. Make sure that sex is not discussed in the classroom. That's for parents!
5. Ignore all the above and try reality.
