I actually know people who have dealt with him, including one contractor who built a casino for him in Vegas. When I asked how trump was to deal with he said one thing, "he paid his bills on time". In the construction world that is rare, and from Lud, it is high praise.

So it sounds like it is an on-going legal battle being fought by tax lawyers. As yet, I am not aware of any ruling that Amazon has broken the law. Amazon is doing everything it can to keep its tax liabilities down. I think most corporations try to do the same thing.
