How Hillary lies even when she's not technically lying

During the debate, Hillary was talking about Black Mothers losing their sons to murder. So I'm wondering if she will mention Cop killing, or the real problem Black on Black murder. Neither! She brings up a story about a grumpy White man that shoots a black man in his car because his music was too loud. WTF? Ok so maybe that happened somewhere maybe once. So let's say that it's true so technically the beast was not "lying". But that was a deliberate attempt to deflect attention away from the root of the problem and blame White people. When your intention is to deceive, then that's lying too.
