It seems that Cruz is upset that someone implied he wasn't a US citizen. It clearly indicates a person who wants to be a citizen of this country but Obama isn't mad at all. Anytime he says anything about it he seems to drum up some insincere bullshit about how much he loves this country.

You've nailed it...that's clear evidence right there!

Because the whole Birferism thing was just fuckin' stoopid from the beginning. Birth certificates, Newspaper notices dated in 1961 .... obviously O'bama was born in Hawaìi. Cruz on the other hand actually was born in Canada. Both of those are known facts.

I swear, President Obama is a U.S. Citizen and was born in Hawaii, and nothing you write will change that fact.

Cruz is eligible to run for President and his right can be questioned and if the courts need to rule then so be it but I believe he is eligible to run for President.

Also President Obama comment to the question is like something I would give because it is a stupid question seeing Hawaii has his birth certificate and the U.S. government has looked it over and found nothing wrong with his right to be President.

A lot of Americans want Cruz to go back to his homeland.

Canada does not want him and most likely would trade him for a used condom and a cigar wrapper to Cuba...

Because in today's culture, it's an insult to be called a Canadian.
But not an insult to be called a Muslim Socialist from Kenya.

Exactly. Birtherism was stupid because it involved an elaborate conspiracy, including fake birth certificates, secret flights, and half a century of international intrigue. Backed by jack shit.

Where as Cruz actually is everything the birthers accused Obama of being.

No you are completely wrong. When bigoted republicans call someone a Muslim they mean it as an insult to an inferior person, when they call someone a socialist they mean it as an insult to an inferior person, and when they call someone a Kenyan they mean it as an insult to an inferior person.

Liberals calling Cruz a Canadian is not an insult. Especially considering he legally was a Canadian his entire life until a couple years ago when it became inconvenient for him.

Notice she left out Cruz being a socialist Canadian...

Cruz has been more honest and forthcoming about his place of birth than Obama ever was. How long did it take to get the long form?

Because President Obama knew he never had anything to worry about. He was born in the United States to an American mother...Cruz actually has something to worry about...

I'm being facetious TheOldSchool
basically it's telling the rightwing their labels don't count for much anyway

It used to be a big deal to be called Canadian, like "Northern Mexicans"

But when people started pushing for govt health care,
then it became popular for advocates to tout Canada's system and say how wonderful that is.

I guess your post shows how relative these terms are interpreted now.
What is considered an insult to one, has no affect on another and vice versa.

If we keep going at this rate, maybe we will have to start actually focusing on specific issues and points of objection,
and quit this habit of using labels perjoratively as shortcuts that are losing their impact to relativism.

Because Obama was actually born here. Fools don't bother him that much.

But Rafael Edwardo's entire base are nothing but fools.
