This Liberal Progressive Socialist Democrat tactic is called 'Manufacturing A Crime', and the Democrats have been trying to do it for 3+ years now, as exposed again in the US AG's recently-released FISA Court Abuse Report.

They attempted to do so with Carter Page.

They attempted to do so with Papadopoulos.

They tried to do so with the President....repeatedly...ever since Hillary lost in 2016.

D-Adam Schiff even read a self-authored fictional account of the President's and Ukraine PM's phone call during a House Intel Committee Impeachment hearing, attempting to submit the manufactured faux transcript as 'evidence'. he was quickly exposed, however, and attempted to claim it had just been a 'Parody' - light-hearted humor in the midst of another one of the Democrats' failed coup attempts.

At the end of each House Impeachment hearing led by Schiff, Schiff and his team would post the actual transcript of what had been said on a hard-to-access State Department web site while authoring and releasing his own 'Summary' to the co-conspiring fake news media who would publish the 'Summary' as if it contained direct quotes from those testifying. The media would even use the 'headlines' Schiff and his team wrote for them.

Not to be outdone, Nadler and his team have been exposed as authoring their own false mis-quotes and fictional accounts of what was actually said...manufacturing a non-existent case for Articles of Impeachment based on comments the President did not even make but with which they credit him just the same.

...and the only idiots who buy their constantly exposed crimes and parrot their lies as if the gospel are Trump-hating snowflakes....like those on this board.

These are not 'slip-ups' or 'innocent mistakes'. After 3+ years of engaging in the same tactics over and over again only Stevie Wonder ... and snowflakes ... would fail to see by now this is calculated Sedition and an attempt to mislead the American people like they misled the FISA Courts.

So far so many of them have unbelievably gotten away with crimes that would send the average American to jail for decades, if not life. As long as that does not change they have nothing to fear, no reason to change.

There is no misquote. Trump said, "Then I have an Article II, where I have the right to do whatever I want as president".

He said that.

That was his Nixon moment. "When the president does it, that means that it is not illegal."

Just read the entire quote as reported by Breitbart. It doesn't change the context of what he said one little bit. If he was speaking about his authority to make appointments as Breitbart claims, he would have said so. Instead, he said he can do "ANYTHING" he wants based on Article II. "Anything" as in the violations of law Mueller pointed out in Sec. II of his report.
