Apparently, when a woman has a head injury it can cause chronic coughing (among other things) which in turn can cause UI (urinary incontinence). This necessitates the wearing of diapers. This might be the reason why Hillary wears oven mitt outfits.
Speculation to be sure but maybe not far from the mark.
Anyway, ya gotta admit, that 'whatever' she has on looks like she just climbed out of bed - or a drawer next to the oven. Funny.
