Here's an idea: Ban mask wearing at protests.

People who wear masks are already in tbe mindset of committing crimes, perpetrating destruction, breaking laws...and just don't want to be identified...

Case in point....

I propose far less of domestic terrorosm like this would be perpetrated if masks were outlawed at protests and people could identify tge people participating.

It is a felony in Virginia to wear a mask in public for the purpose of concealing identity*....

But the law is not enforced due to COVID.

*There are exceptions, such as Halloween, for occupation, for health reasons with a required doctor's note.
