Just one day closer to Deer Hunting season...

Probably going to be too warm to hunt Oct. 1st, you know. Yet again.

we dont have to hunt....most of our neigbors get their limit..which is more than they can use...the first time someone ask me if i wanted vension...i said sure.....it came in huge coolers...note coolers...i had vension for life...i normally make stew...makes a great stew and jerky...

Yep.

I use it for the same things I would use ground beef. Half-and-half beef and venison burgers are good - and much leaner too.
