If I remember this correctly, Lily was fined for making, or suggesting, that their drugs did things that the FDA had not blessed off on. And people wonder why we have the FDA.

Of all those harms, the diabetes was the most tangible. The "suicide black box warning" on SSRI's is a stretch and still has not been born out by any real data.
