Shit happens, especially when at least half of all VA patient care positions remain unfilled and don't blame the government for that, it's the market. Not enough medical care givers equals intense competition for doctors, MAs, PAs, NPs and nurses, most pay more than the VA and typically have lighter workloads than the VA.
