GOP HEALTHCARE PLAN.
is private healthcare on life support. More of the same only worse because they believe can give affordable and quality healthcare by having private healthcare compete across state lines. PHC(private healthcare) cannot afford to give affordable and quality healthcare because they will spend more out than they take in in premiums, co-payment and deductions and will not make a profit which they need to stay in business. How much do private healthcare spend on non-medical expenses?
GOPs healthcare plan will cause some PHC businesses to go out of business because they will not be able to compete by lowering they premiums and still give medical care. In order for PHC to stay in business, PHC has to take in more money than they pay out in healthcare for their clients and they only stay in business because their client dont get sick.
GOP cannot force PHC to take pre-existing, keep children on the parents plan until they are 26 and treat the chronically ill.
GOP think they can get PHC to change and leopards cannot change their spots. Only government run HC can afford to give affordable and quality healthcare like Medicare, Medicaid and veterans healthcare because they can spend more then they take in and still treat the chronically ill and dont have to make a profit to survive. GOPs healthcare plan cannot work without being subsidized by government like Mass healthcare system.
GOPs plan is more of the same on life support because it will put most PHC business out of business and create rationing of healthcare.
Dont let the GOP repeal Obamacare because it is working and in time will work even better. Work with what we have to make it better. Dont throw the baby out with the bathwater.
GOP dont have a plan for affordable healthcare or a plan to balance the budget and pay down the deficit. Conservativeness do not work in this 2011 because chickens and corn do not work and we have grown bigger since 1776 and need bigger government whether we like it or not. Get use to it because it will get bigger as we get bigger.
