These men's rights activists are using a 1950s law to shut down women in tech
PROTECT WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS AND COMMUNITIES FROM "EQUALITY-SEEKERS"
Oh, boy. I mean girrrrrl!!!!
Some men's activist groups have found loopholes for suing women's organizations for discrimination.
Not to try to correct the policy or get access to women only events,
but to get paid settlements that cost less than the legal fees to fight!
=======================
I offer the same solution as for the gay wedding services controversy:
have new clients sign waivers with the businesses agreeing to
either settle all disputes amicably by conflict resolution and concensus,
to AVOID legal actions or expenses, or else agree to REFRAIN from doing
business together if the parties have differences in beliefs that cannot be reconciled.
Instead of judging or blaming one side or the other,
if ANY conflict comes up that cannot be reconciled by FREE mediation
then both parties AGREE not to do business together in order to respect the beliefs of both sides.
If people cannot agree to mediate to resolve conflicts,
I would not recommend doing business with them anyway,
or you can attract these litigious types looking to make money off any kind of conflict, accident or mishap.
