Giving Water to the Thirsty Now Officially a Crime: No More Deaths Volunteers Convicted
In the United States in 2019, humanitarian aid has become a crime in the eyes of hardline judges enforcing inhumane immigration policies. The first four volunteers in the trial of the “Cabeza Nine,” volunteers from No More Deaths / No Más Muertes (a ministry of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tucson), were convicted of “abandonment of property” for leaving gallons of water in Arizona’s Cabeza Prieta Wildlife Refuge, and now each face a maximum of six months in prison and a $500 fine. A date for sentencing has not yet been set.

Aiding and abetting illegals entering the county has always been a crime. Because this law has not been enforced is one of the reasons Trump needs $5 billion for a wall to keep them from entering and dying crossing the deserts. But that is not a problem, now they want to be caught and released with a debit card.

Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3).

You forgot to mention that they were also trespassing and littering.

Saving lives is not a crime. A first year law student ought to be able to win that case.

actually , its about Aiding and Abetting an invasion of third worlders into the USA Porter .

Giving someone a drink of water is not aiding and abetting a crime. That is dumbassery. That is like saying if the city put a fence around a pond with a sign saying do not enter and you saw a car that had run off the road and it was sinking in that pond, you would go to jail for saving the life of a drowning person for breaching that fence. Quit being silly.

Saving lives is not a criminal act.

A lie does not become truth, no matter how many times you repeat it.

Giving aid and comfort to foreign invaders is treason, a crime so serious that it is punishable by death.

To characterize this treasonous behavior as “saving lives” is an act of willful deceitfulness on your part.

You repeating that lie won't make it come true.

its people like YOU that are causing destruction of the USA Porter !!

That is absolute B.S. Some days the Christian in me wakes up and challenges the horseshit some of you come up with.

It is the right that bought into left wing, socialist solutions on how to best deal with the immigration fiasco.

First and foremost, there is no invasion. Nobody is showing up with weapons demanding a damn thing from you. It is a mutual relationship. Foreigners show up and Americans willingly do business with them.

The first response from the right is to enforce the immigration laws. But, wait for it...

"Senator Ted Kennedy, asserted that the bill (the law you want enforced) would not affect US demographic mix.[2] However, the ethnic composition of immigrants changed following the passage of the law.[18][19] Specifically, the Hart–Celler Act allowed increased numbers of people to migrate to the United States from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. "

Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 - Wikipedia

A quick look at the House of Representatives will show you what that got you. And a lot of these brain dead idiots STILL argue "enforcing the laws."

The strategies by people like you seem to be the real culprits when it comes to the destruction of America.

and so the USA is being destroyed and if you aid and abet third worlders invasion of the USA with water and food YOU are aiding and abetting the invasion that is destroying the best country ever seen on Earth Porter .
