many of the people charged are experienced lawyers ... going to be interesting watching them destroy the prosecution .. the only thing that may be on trial is the 2020 election ..

That makes it easier. The prosecution can push that the lawyers knew or should have known what they were doing was highly fraudulent and highly illegal. Breaking into the voter lists is naughty.
