PARIS - On the eve of Gay Pride march, bi and trans, Prime Minister, Jean-Marc Ayrault, confirmed Friday that the right to marriage and adoption "for all" would be established during the five year Holland without setting a date.
In fact, gay marriage and adoption rights "for all" will "set" during the five year period, confirmed Friday Jean-Marc Ayrault, in a press release, without specifying the calendar. The Minister for Family, Dominique Bertinotti, had earlier mentioned the year 2013 for the opening of these rights.
France will join the six other countries of the European Union which offer the possibility for homosexuals to marry at the city hall. (Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and Portugal). Add to this list two non-EU countries, Iceland and Norway. France is not yet the European poor student even if the decision finally arrived quite late compared to other countries.
