The UK government are now paying for their indifference to renewable fuels as prices have rocketed over the past few weeks. Average prices have gone up over £600 a year. oil, coal and gas have shown us reliant on unstable power sources and enough is enough.

Conservative dogma has FAILED.

Really? Sounds like Poopeypants put your energy plan in place there too.

Love your dogmatic view of their dogma.........

Under President Trump the price of oil was $30/bbl. Under the stuttering shit clown it's now it's $92/bbl. Because he completely throttled the US oil industry, a major source of the global production.

Even a fat dummy like you can probably connect the dots.... hmm?

Anyway, you freezing to death keeps my air clean.... so of course I'm good with it.

Gotta find something to blame it on that fits your dogma.........
:lmao:
Cutting back on fossil fuel is the way to go. But the dumb fucks who run the UK have failed to phase it out in a proper fashion.
My country is a net exporter of clean energy but because we dont have independence we do not benefit from that and in fact we have higher electric bills than those in England.
Its pretty much everything that is wrong in the world.

Its scary that so much of the world is run by populist shits when it needs intelligent people to guide it.

You have all the clean energy you need and more?
Yet your power bills are higher than England's?
Maybe the problem is all your higher cost clean energy?

Brexit is a fucking disaster, but that's what you get when a wave of Trumpian nationalism overrides common sense.
It was all based on lies. It is currently destroying Northern Ireland. Cutting off access to your major trading partner is turning into national disaster. Who could have predicted that ?

Pshaw, doughboy. Fossil fuel is the cheapest, most available, most energy dense success story in all of human history.
True. All that is needed is to use it wisely.

Not really. The problem isn't how you use it, the problem is that we just have TOO MANY PEOPLE trying to use it! Human population is now way out of balance with the Earth.

Cut world population back about 50% and suddenly, we no longer have a climate crisis, an energy crisis, a food crisis, an infrastructure crisis, a housing crisis, a clean water crisis . . . .

Turbines. Lots and lots of turbines. Water, wind and a huge solar mirror in space.

I agree 100 percent.

The UK is paying the ultimate price for turning its back on nuclear and fossil fuel and going full renewables.

No wind, no power. England burnt up one of its import cables from Europe it ran so low on renewable power.

There is a thread or two on the subject here on the forum.
