Former Governor Wilder Slams Biden's "Chain" Remarks....

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — The nation's first elected black governor, Virginia's L. Douglas Wilder, lambasted Vice President Joe Biden on national television Wednesday for his remark to a largely black crowd about banks keeping people "in chains."

I was stationed in Tidewater when Wilder was governor. I've always liked the man even though he is a leftie. I watched his interviews on two different networks and I am sure there are others who did not appreciate Biden's comments. Wilder had the balls to come out and say so.

I was too Senior.
And I liked Wilder as well. I met him at the Naval Station once when he came aboard in the 80s.
Back in those days, honest, hard-working politicians (Wilder, Reagan) were respected and appreciated, regardless of political affiliation.
Not any more.
Obama has divided the nation.
