    I know it wasn't for me, but these look good! I may need a new kitchen after this...

    BTW, does anyone have this happen to them? I've had this very nice Shun Sankotu 7 inch knife and after 2 months of use, I've noticed very minor nicks on the edge of the blade? I'm thinking of calling the company, but I'm wondering if this is something that could be considered just "wear and tear"?

    LOL! Check out knife sharpeners at Amazon. A couple weeks ago they had a few 4 and 5 star items, for very low prices, they may still be on.
