Kofi Kingston, a wrestler from Ghana, won the WWE title in East Rutherford.

Africa has a rich wrestling history, with great men like Kamala from Uganda, Abdullah the Butcher who hails from Khartoum and Colonel DeBeers from Johannesburg.

But Kingston is the first to make it to the top of the mountain.

James Harris aka Kamala, was born an raised in Mississippi. ....

I'll take your word for it. I wonder why he moved to Uganda in the first place- that's where King Curtis discovered Kamala, just north of Kilimanjaro. Cannibalism just isn't looked upon as highly in Mississippi and the gentleman's attire probably caused him unwanted attention in the American southland?

Since the WWE is a conservative outfit, and since Kofi (WWE Champion) the Uso’s(Tag Team Champions) Samoa Joe(United States Champion) are all men of color, I see this as a good thing. Perhaps there is hope for conservatives after all.

I swear I heard one time Jim Ross say “Lets go to the stage….”

That ESPN covers this crap is beyond me.

It’s entertainment folks...
