Earliest you'll hear anything is a day before the coming election.

What you'll hear depends on what polling, at the time, suggests will produce the most Democrat votes.

I suspect that if the Grand Jury had voted to send it to trial we would hear about it right away. So has the Grand Jury not ruled or has the Dem Governor and Dem President decided since it ruled no not to disclose it?

Ok the Grand Jury will hear testimony until mid October. Holder visits Ferguson as grand jury hearings begin - LA Times

Sounds like a white wash is going on. There is no possible need to meet for 2 months on testimony or evidence in such a straight forward case. Wanna bet the Government is applying pressure to get what they want?

I think the estimate was that it would take at least a month...toxicology test etc. there sure is no reporting on it...closely held...no leaks...no spectators

I am going to repeat myself here. Media coverage fed into the riots in Ferguson, otherwise this wouldn't have ever been an issue. Black males are a far bigger threat to each other (or anyone else), not trigger happy white rouge cops or racial profiling. When Foley was beheaded, the "media" dropped this issue like last weeks garbage. And the riots STOPPED. Funny thing about that. We aren't supposed to notice?
