The truth is that nearly 8 years of Democrat control in Congress and a bunch of laws passed at the beginning of Obozo's reign have established the model: If you're making lots of money, we want it. If you're growing, we'll stop it. If you're inefficient and struggling, we'll bail you out.

One of the factors for the demand in H1B visas is a lack of educated labor.

For instance recently a scandal has developed wherein teachers were told to change grades to %80 or higher.

Not long ago several teachers were sent to prison for the same sort of thing.

I would bet these aren't isolated incidents, but are likely widespread. There are far too many kids with diplomas they can't read. So employers are willing to import workers who can barely speak english, but can at least read and write.

Uh, guy, I work with this every day. I've spend most of the last four months tracking containers through the west coast, using emergency air shipments to keep my lines running, having delays from my east cost suppliers because of the storms.

How bad was this winter? I had a supplier in Texas that missed a ship date because they had an ice storm in March they were totally unprepared for.

So while i know you need bad news to keep your hate alive, your inability to examine real market trends is kidn of disturbing.
