Your post is most absurd. Big Pharma is NOT an example of free market capitalism at work. It is an example of crony capitalism...racketeering, government corruption and greed gone awry.

The USA has a huge omnipresent and very expensive central government. It's stated job is to protect the rights of the people, but in reality it protects the extreme wealthy who provide it with lots of cash. It has become a criminal operation much like the Mafia.

Big Pharma has purchased protection from big government and big media. The results are big profits at the expense of the American people.
