Trumpybear signed the deal in Feb of 2020. Despite several breaches by the Taliban, the Trumpster still reduced troop level to 2,500 before Biden took office. Unless Joe was willing to re-deploy US Troops, our military was hamstrung and was relying on the Afghan Army.
