He is trying to say that his father is too rich to care about race:

That is a fallacy, because if someone pays him to be racist, then he'll gladly take the money.
Also, this means:
1. He has failed to divest in order to make more money.
2. He became POTUS in order to make more money.
3. He has no problems taking money from foreign governments and doing whatever they ask for.
3. He has no problems taking money from any rich person/corporation and doing whatever they ask for.
