If he's smart he won't even carry it.

Trump has had a concealed weapons permit for decades. He had one of the rare carry permits in New York City. I am sure he has a Florida Concealed Weapons permit although just recently you do not have to have a license to legally carry a concealed handgun in Florida.

President Trump stopped at a gun store in South Carolina before speaking at his sold-out event in Summerville and joked about buying a gun as excited workers showed him around and took photos with the President.

Trump posed for pictures with the Glock, along with members of his campaign tour, which included Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga.

"President Trump did not purchase or take possession of the firearm," the campaign told USA Today in a statement. "He simply indicated that he wanted one."

Trump would not be barred from buying the Glock under 18 USC 922, but the sale of the firearm to him is illegal due to myriad indictments against him.
