Whelp -- he got his proof a week ago. His own son testified that he warned his father the candidate about fraudulent work done by a Harris campaign operative with a track record of perjury and electoral fraud, where some absentee ballots were "lost" and others were filled out by the campaign. The evidence was overwhelming.
No date has been set yet for the new election and NC-9 still has no Representative in Congress. Harris has said he will not be a candidate in the do-over, while McCready is already in.
