The sky is falling! The sky is falling! We much all rush to shelter and protect ourselves from the horrors of this natural occurrence.

That’s the increasingly confident forecast from the U.S. Climate Prediction Center. In its latest monthly report, the CPC continued an El Niño watch and boosted the odds of it developing during the Northern Hemisphere winter of 2018-2019 to 70 percent. Last month, the center pegged El Niño’s chances at 65 percent.

too bad there is no heat at depth and the borderline MODOKI that has been going on is breaking up...

I already tore up Old crocks post on this today...

no surface heat and cooling of the flows....

And nothing at depth... I'm not sure what they are basing their prediction on but the observed evidence isn't cooperating..
