if the son-of-a-bitch were really serious about this Syria shit, he would call for an emergency session of congress and get the vote up or down now, but he wants to wait, hoping congress will pull his ass out of the fire due to his stupid fucking "RED LINE" comment by waiting and golfing in the meantime, hoping he will get a no vote so he has someone to blame it on, thus saving his dumb ass from the international flames he would get if he struck solo.
