Do we believe intelligence agencies about Russia now when they lied about WMDs in Iraq?

Why are we now supposed to believe American intelligence agencies?

Did they, or did they NOT, lie about WMD's in Iraq?

And if they DID, which Democrats have been claiming for more than a decade, why should we believe them now when they say Russia influenced this election?

Where does all this Democratic new-found faith in our intelligence agencies come from?

Anyway, if the Russians were tampering with the election, Obama knew about it and did NOTHING.

Now, after the horse is out of the barn, he wants to punish Russia and blame Trump for getting elected.
