All you haveto do to gethard liqiorin my state is to go to a liquor store.

Or for beer or wine - go to any grocery store.

For drugs - you have to go out and find thesturff.............................

If you move into a new town or neighborhood and you wish to buy some booze you need to go out and find a liquor dealer. If you are not a regular drug user but you wish to buy some drugs you need to go out and find a dealer.

But the fact is any type of recreational drug one wishes to buy is readily available within a few miles of any inhabited place in the U.S., so once you find a drug dealer he is as available to you as is your local liquor dealer. The only difference is one is legal, the other is not. But don't forget liquor once was illegal, too. That is until the public realized how stupidly counterproductive alcohol Prohibition was.
