Did Alonzo Ball hurt his draft pick position?

I think his disappearing act in the NCAAs against Kentucky raises questions on his readiness for the NBA. He has all but declared but I don't see him as a top five pick anymore. I watch the PAC12 and know how talented he is. But he showed that in the biggest moment so far in his career, he didn't answer the bell.

Why did they let the UK guards shoot unmolested......very few of those second half threes were contested.....UCLA guards did poor job all around.

He had a wide open layup or dunk when they were "close" and he Globe-trottered it back out to 3pt line? WTH? they scored soon after but..........huh? He and others were very causal with the ball early second half KU jumped a few bad passes.

KU beat them convincingly. It appeared UCLA would outscore any team...but not.
