Another aid to self-deportation would be to add a severe, punitive surcharge/tax to all money sent out of the U.S. via Western Union/MoneyGram/etc. I think that something along the lines of 75%-90% would work well.

Try living in Southern California if you like diversity. I have lived here since 79 and things have certainly worsened. Ever been to a Walmart or other store in So Cal? The shelves are wrecked (like pics in Atlanta when EBT card didn't work) and the mexicans are just rude. They think they own the area and we are squatters. In-state tuitions at state colleges. Illegals constitute a large portion of the populations of many state prisons, as well as the Federal prison system. The taxes that they pay don't amount to a pimple on the ass of the monstrous cost of allowing them to stay.

(1) End "birthright citizenship" ("Anchor Babies"). It is based on a phony and intentional misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment, and would only require legislation to end it (not a Constitutional Amendment). NOTE: This legislation would not affect the citizenship of those already legalized.

(2) End the practice of granting Illegals all rights of legal residence (welfare, etc., as outlined above). Again, this practice is based only on a few intentional mis-readings of the Constitution, and legislation could fix it.

(3) Enforce our laws prohibiting the employment of those not legally in the country (see, "I-9 Form Requirements"). Threaten to imprison the SUPERVISORS of illegals.

(4) Enhance our "Guest Worker" statutes with the following provisos: (a) Sponsor-employer would be fully responsible for the worker (b) Fixed time of entry and fixed time of departure - no longer than 24 months; (c) The worker only (no family members), (d) People currently in the U.S. illegally are NOT ELIGIBLE, (e) Guest Workers and their employers pay into a Trust Fund at the same rate as FICA, with the money returned to the Worker, with interest, when he returns home.

(5) Free transit assistance to illegals who want to go back home. And there will be a ton of them.

No need to deport anyone by force. Just the criminals.
