    I'm not so sure. Among likely voters 53% now oppose Congressional health care reform, and only 44% support it.

    And as Obama has taken a more prominent role in the debate, among likely voters his approval ratings are negative for the first time. 49% approve and 51% disapprove. Instead of Obama bringing support for the health system overhaul up, it seems the issue has brought his ratings down.
