Can't wait, as it was pretty yummy uncarbonated....

The first time I made beer..at first I was proud of the taste..but then the buzz came...almost as good as sex (almost).
You know the scene in the movie Cast Away (Tom Hanks) when he first made fire and he danced around yelling "I made fire...I have created FIRE!!"
This is how I felt when I created my own buzz!

I gave up the bud in my early 20's...never was my thing really.
I have no problem with it....should have been legalized years ago.

Anyone can do it and there is so much help online and in books...

I've tweaked recipies and have found some really nice flavors... I will never stop learning and it's a blast to drink your own hobby...
