Very interesting!

As a side commentary, I've noted more frequent mountain lion and coyote sightings among my circle of friends and family. We actually had a mountain lion in our urban neighborhood a few months ago. I think it perched itself in our front planter for a while one night given how some grass was pressed down!

Not since I was a kid, horseback riding near my home, have I seen a cougar. Amazing cats and we need to protect them in the wild.

I've seen more than a few bobcats though, both here and in Tucson - and that's in the city as well as out in rural areas.

They're beautiful animals and they were here first. I hope we can find a way to co-exist with them.
