Nope, not the kind most websites use......

Made this for the wife, experimenting to keep the white flour as low as possible, she has a reaction to it if it's in too great a quantity.
Vanilla Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 cup softened butter (I use canola butter)
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
(the original recipe calls for 3/4 cup of each, I find 1/3 of each is sweet enough)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 heaping tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup white flour
1/3 cup rice blend flour
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond meal
2 3/4 cups whole oats
2 cups raisins

Blend butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, blend well. Add flours, mix well, add oatmeal and raisins, mix well. Drop tablespoon sized portions of batter on ungreased cookie pans and bake for 12 to 14 minutes. (Mine take 14 minutes).
