It seems that campaign contribution restrictions are still illegal, and that it is constitutional.

Actually, the law declares them people in order to collect taxes. Pesky thing is, once you open that door lawyers drive excavators through them and all sorts of pesky things happen.

The Law and the 14th Amendment is wrong. Either we will strike accordance or disagreement over this.

However, I implicity agree with you: our corporate tax is most ludicrous. Corporations need to pay up if they want to live in America, instead of asking (i.e. lobbying with millions of dollars to ask for favors) for subsidies.
