Clinton’s inexcusable, willful disregard for the rules
Starting in 2009, there was a new, electronic system, known as SMART, to properly archive department emails without having to print and file them, but Ms. Clinton opted not to use it, out of concern that there was “overly broad access to sensitive materials.” According to the report, after a staff member “raised concerns” with another official about Ms. Clinton’s personal email server, the staff was instructed “never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again.”
On March 11, 2011, an assistant secretary sent a memorandum on cybersecurity threats directly to Ms. Clinton, noting a “dramatic increase” in attempts to compromise personal email accounts of senior department officials, possibly for spying or blackmail. That didn’t stop Ms. Clinton.
On June 28, 2011, a cable was sent to all diplomatic and consular posts over her signature warning that personal email accounts could be compromised and officials should “avoid conducting official Department business from your personal e-mail accounts.” At the time, Ms. Clinton was doing exactly that.
There were also numerous notifications that some emails (but not all) are considered federal records under the law and that she should print and file those in her office and, before leaving office, surrender all emails dealing with department business. She did not do so....until 2 years later...and even then she only turned in SOME of the required documents.

Clinton Tech Says Hillary’s Private Email System Was ‘Attacked’ Forcing Server Shutdown
"On January 9, 2011, the non-Departmental advisor to President Clinton who provided technical support to the Clinton email system notified the Secretary’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations that he had to shut down the server because he believed “someone was trying to hack us and while they did not get in i didnt [sic] want to let them have the chance to.” Later that day, the advisor again wrote to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, “We were attacked again so I shut [the server] down for a few min.” On January 10, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations emailed the Chief of Staff and the Deputy Chief of Staff for Planning and instructed them not to email the Secretary “anything sensitive” and stated that she could “explain more in person.”
Earlier this month, NBC’s Mitchell asked Clinton the following, “Any indication your private server was hacked by foreign hackers?” “No,” Clinton replied. “Not at all.” However, the audit reveals that Clinton did have suspicions that someone had breached her email back in 2011."

DESPITE believing her server may have been hacked, neither Hillary or anyone on her staff reported it AS REQUIRED:
"Notification is required when a user suspects compromise of, among other things, a personally owned device containing personally identifiable information - 12 FAM 682.2-6 (August 4, 2008). However, OIG found no evidence that the Secretary or her staff reported these incidents to computer security personnel or anyone else within the Department."
So believing her server may have been hacked neither Hillary nor her staff reported it - they just 'PRAYED' it hadn't been and denied it if anyone asked.

And Libs continue to defend Hillary, claiming she did nothing wrong...amazing. No matter how you look at it, this is really bad for Hillary. The ONLY way she gets out of it is if Obama and the DOJ's Lawyers - who were just ordered to attend remedial ethics training for intentionally misrepresenting / practicing the law, led by Obama's hand-picked female version of Eric Holder, completely ignores / suppresses / violates the law by refusing to indict her.
