Megyn Kelly will be fired because she asked a simple question:
"Why white people dressing up in blackface was inappropriate."

I'm sorry. But the majority of people that got upset over this are so sensitive!
But more importantly these same critics like Al Roker who piously rebuked Kelly seemed to
reinforce rather than rebut perceptions of the "black reactive community"!

But more importantly, His comment was totally biased and INACCURATE!
And also just plain ignorant!

NBC Today Show Colleagues Blast Megyn Kelly for Blackface Comments

The fact is, while she apologized to the staff, she owes a bigger apology to folks of color around the country,ā€ said Roker. ā€œThis is a history going back to the 1830sā€”minstrel shows to demean and denigrate a race wasnā€™t right. Iā€™m old enough to know have lived through Amos ā€˜nā€™ Andy, where you had white people in blackface playing two black characters, just magnifying the worst stereotypes about black peopleā€”and thatā€™s what the problem is. Thatā€™s what the issue is.ā€

WELL folks that is a LIE! The radio show was off the air in 1960.

Amos 'n' Andy - Wikipedia
When the show moved to television, black actors took over the majority of the roles; white characters were infrequent. Amos 'n' Andy began as one of the first radio comedy series and originated from station WMAQ in Chicago.

Now Al Roker NEVER SAW THE BLACKFACED WHITES in Amos and Andy because they were never blackfaced the TV show that started in on CBS (1951ā€“53) and continued in syndicated reruns (1954ā€“66).
NOT ONE actor in the shows that Roker saw were blackfaced BUT BLACKS!

But you see folks... ONCE again the hysteria. The exaggeration by truly ignorant people that
don't take the time to think about what they are saying is pathetic!
ROKER!!!! YOU never saw a black faced Amos N Andy! Period!
There never WERE black faced Amos or Andy! PERIOD!
Exaggeration.

If she was fired for that, I agree.....no reason to.

I had to stop after the first sentence. Your headline is complaining about a lie and then the first thing you write is a lie! Wtf?

First off there are no credible reports that she is going to be fired and her statements in question were much more than the simple question that you posted. Try honesty for a change. People might take you more seriously.

Black privilege

Making fun of faggots......its fuuuuuuny

Actually all of those are funny. Especially this one.

Maybe this was what he was talking about?

That could be. The very interesting point about Amos N' Andy TV show though was it showed mothers, fathers, in the 50s.
Key word "mothers/fathers" families.

Very positive values -- Dads working, but here is what one famous black economist described the reality today.

In New York City, in 1925, 85 percent of black households were two-parent households.
A study of 1880 family structure in Philadelphia shows that three-quarters [75%] of black families were two-parent households."
Black female head of households number is 68 percent

By Walter E. Williams is a professor of economics at George Mason University. (Oh by the way in the famous words of Obama..."And did I mention he's black?")

Today:
more than one-third (33%) of all Black children in the United States under the age of 18 live with unmarried mothersā€”compared to 6.5 percent of White children.
The figures reflect a general trend:
During the 1960-2016 period, the percentage of children living with only their mother nearly tripled from 8 to 23 percent and the percentage of children living with only their father increased from 1 to 4 percent.
Census Bureau: Higher Percentage of Black Children Live with Single Mothers | Afro

Totally coincides with the continual degradation of the black family and black crimes and blacks getting shot by the police.
The correlation is this:
With a decreasing male authority figure in the household, young black males respond then to authority figure..(cop) without any understanding of how to respond!

My point is the "black" community had plenty of help in whatever stereotyping we have today so that the simple questioning of wearing blackface gets you fired?

Makes very little sense to fire someone that simply questions the issue.

Almost as bad as a Galileo convicted of hearsay for saying the earth is round!

Nobody "forgot" that Photoshop exists, Dumb Shit.

Yeah, that's not photoshopped....dumbass.

Why don't you tell us who it is then.

Sure doesn't look like any of the women Bill sexually abused.

Is there some reason you're afraid to answer the question? :gay:

What exactly are we supposed to not "forget" here? In a photo that nobody saw until less than three years ago?

Yeah I can see that. Probably your best move at this point too. :dig:
