I worked in CPS for 26 fucking years and participated in all phases of the system from being an investigator, a unit supervisor and administrator.

Anyway, my assessment of the account of what is going on there is that the child, and possibly the aunt are confused about the difference between being gay and transsexual. Children of that age are already developing a sense of gender identity and he most likely is transsexual. That is not taught nor can it be. It just happens.
Yes he used the word "gay" but there is a lot of questions about the child's understanding of what that means and even more questions about the unlikely that he has sexual feelings for anyone at that age. The fact that he used the word "gay" which he could have heard anywhere does not mean that anyone "taught him" to be anything.

I think that sane people can agree that when anyone thinks that it is in any way appropriate to describe a three-year-old child in terms if such sick perversions as homosexuality and transsexuality, that this is prima facie proof of someone who is seriously f•••ed-up in the head, and who should; never, under any circumstances, be allowed access to children, much less be put in a position of having authority over them. Such an individual having worked for CPS would certainly support the OP's claims. Such an individual can certainly never be safely assumed to be motivated to act in the best interests of the children falling under his authority.
