Well, they do have a solution. Turn illegals into police officers.

What they are really hoping for is that the illegal population will push out the indigenous population and replace them. It won't be too long before we see a series of strange laws being passed confiscating empty bedrooms in private residences. Eventually you'll be mandated to feed them and take care of them on pain of legal action. Unless of course the government pushes too hard and the tipping point is reached.
