Chicago saw the second largest decline in segregation, trailing Houston. Gentrification, African Americans moving to the suburbs, better credit access and fair housing laws were given credit for the decline.

What, you are saying fair housing laws and better credit access are good things, now?

I thought the right said they caused the last recession by letting them poor people buy houses with food stamps.

Whew, that's a relief, so now we can admit the last recession was caused by rich people manipulating the markets... and you guys can stop whining about the CRA and Dodd-Frank.
