I agree with you Bern80. Excuses are barriers. And maybe Americans got used to comfort and convenience that making or taking extra miles to make our lives better are hard for some. Those we considered rich are not as relaxed as we think of them. They won't make it on top if they haven't put a lot of time, thought and effort in what they do.
