Idea for a gameshow run by ICE/Homeland Security.
They raid businesses and pick up illegals. The illegals are allow to play "Cash Cab" like the TV show.
As they are driven to ICE headquarters for lockup, they play Cash Cab not for money but to be set free.
They are asked questions about American history ,American laws regarding immigration, classical music, and other college type categories. If they get questions right before they get 3 strikes and arrive at ICE headquarters, they are released. If they get 3 strikes by getting 3 questions wrong, they are deported.
The get one last chance before lock up to turn in "illegals" that they know to prove they would make good Americans that hate foreigners.
It will also go on their record to provide a path to citizenship.
