She's addressing wedge issues, with little substance.

Immigration can be effectively addressed with comprehensive immigration reform legislation that already exists, ignored by most on the right because immigration is a hot button issue conservatives use to energize the base.

'Emails' and and 'Planned Parenthood' are ridiculous partisan contrivances.

And privacy right jurisprudence is settled and accepted case law, where the state may not compel a woman to give birth against her will; case law a majority of Americans support and approve of.

No, what you have is a typical republican politician pandering to the rightwing base for votes.

In the first link is a 5 minute interview. Meaning that she was "asked" questions by a news reporter that she answered. The reporter did not ask her about the economy, infrastructure, science or education.

Now I know that Democrats, especially under this administration are very accustomed to listening to Barack Obama read a pre-script of answers to questions from a teleprompter.

The Obama administration has always required a "list" of the questions that will be asked by White House staff reporters and other news media outlets. In that way they can input the answers into the teleprompter for his audience. Meaning that they also can choose the questions they are going to answer, and what the reporter cannot ask.

Between 1993 and present I drove on a great number of Interstate Highways, traveled thru all 48 contiguous states and - low and behold - the only road I would call "shitty" was I79 in Pennsylvania.

As far as education, get rid of unions in public schools, abolish tenure in colleges and universities, award diplomas/degrees based on merit rather than political correctness and you will see America the way it was before liberal hogged power.

As far as R&D, give companies the tax rate all other civilized industrialized nation give their companies and you will see the America that you and your ilk think will never to be seen again.

As far as science, let the companies that deal with energy develop a way to burn coal cleanly and that would end all the pipe dreams and wind mill chasings of the delusional Obama worshipers.
