While I do see your point... and agree to some extent.... when one hits the 'active topics' and sees rant after rant in that forum, one does tend to think 'wow, there's some scary fucking lunatics in there'.

It would be cool to have a 'forum block' just so we don't have to infect our brains with their rabid hatred.

For better or for worse, it is the diversity of forums offered, that makes USMB successful in attracting large and diverse numbers of people who are free to say anything they want.
