Bondsteel is the biggest American military base built outside of USA after the Vietnam War.
US Ambassador to Kosovo has announced in March, that the base will either be reduced or closed-down due to economical reasons:

Spangdahlem (Germany) and Rammstein (Germany) are still much more bigger.
But USA isn't leaving from those bases.
