A quick look at some numbers he gathered and ran;
June 2008- price per sq foot (dollars)/ follwed by average home price
June 2008- $360.42/$587,560.00
June 2009- 294.79/499.709.00
June 2010- 300.56/518,012.00 ( first time buyer credit bump?)
June 2011- 283.79/498.577.00
So hows that for a drop off?
