    While I applaud the sentiment, I could see some serious logistical problems. How many people can shut down their lives and investigate and vote on every single issue. It would worry me that the only feedback he would get on a particular issue is from those with a vested interest in the particular issue at hand.

    There is nothing mandating his constituents vote on anything.
